nylon guitar strings tension
What kind of strings for my Dean Performer Archtop Acoustic Electric Guitar?

We’ll I have a Dean Performer Archtop Acoustic Electric Guitar and the bottom string (E) broke. So I am looking for new strings. I found Daddario EJ45 Pro Arte Normal Tension Nylon Guitar Strings and I also found Daddario EJ17 Medium Phos Bronze (13-56) Acoustic Guitar Strings.

Which strings are good for my guitar and suggestions are greatly needed. Thank You!!
I’m only changing the bottom string (E), but I’m buying a whole set just in case another string breaks.

Do yourself a favour. If you purchased the guitar with those strings, remove them and replace all of them with a GOOD decent set of strings. What they put on Dean or other Guitars are krap strings. The d’addaroio Pro Arte are not for your guitar. They are made for a nylon string guitar. You need Phosphor bronze which are realy really good strings and they will enhance the sound of your guitar.

Change them all. Do yourself a favour. It’s a sound investment.
