What kind of strings should I get for my guitar?
I have a black Peavey Rockmaster 6 string guitar. I am a beginner on the guitar and never have had to pick out strings before and need new strings. I am not sure what kind of strings are on there now, it looks like metal strings with ball ends.
What do I need to look for such as size, type of string etc. Also could you suggest a brand or give me any other information needed. Thank you.
You cant go wrong with med gauge ernie balls. The different types arent important until you get good and start requiring different sounds. just make sure they are metal strings!
