I would like to know what are the main differences (pros/cons) among acoustic guitar strings.
Do the different string gauges affect sound / playability?

phosphor bronze has a brighter tone and better sustain, where as silk added to the mix tends to mellow it out and give you a better bottom end, but as strings go it’s all a preference thing.
